Armistice Day (today's Veterans Day) Parade in Mason Texas in 1919

Veterans Day was first called Armistice Day. It is celebrated on November 11 every year in honor of the “eleventh hour of the eleventh day of the eleventh month" of 1918 that signaled the end of World War One.
