Clark County is the 63rd fastest growing county in the
US based on rate of growth between January 2000 and July 2006

thousand residents, according to recent U.S. Census Bureau
estimates.
Clark County which was founded in 1909, grew in population to

beginning of the 21st Century, the county increased the number

The outstanding growth of the last six years has made Clark

Nevada and the 63rd fastest in the nation.
It is difficult to determine how the growth may have affected
the value of homes in the area but in 2000 the median cost for
a home within the 7,911 square mile jurisdiction of Clark
