Burleson County Residents To Benefit From Housing Act of 2008
The
Housing and Economic Recovery Act of 2008 is good news for Burleson
homeowners. The act increases the loan limit for fixed-rate 30 year FHA loans
to $271,050 for single-family homes in the county. New and refinanced loans are based on
your ability to repay. In addition, eligible Burleson County borrowers receive a
refundable $7500 tax credit and
an additional
$1,000 deduction
for property taxes. Funds are limited so
