Bee County Residents To Benefit Under Recovery Act
Through FHA
The
Housing and Economic Recovery Act of 2008 is good news for Bee County
homeowners. The act increases the loan limit for fixed-rate 30-year FHA loans
to $271,050 on single-family homes in the county. The new and refinanced loans are based on
your ability to repay. In addition, eligible Bee County borrowers receive a
refundable $7500 tax credit and
an additional
$1,000 deduction
for property taxes. Funds are limited so
anyone who wants to qualify should act
quickly.
