Our links to your are business are free. We would appreciate a link back from your site but it isn't always required. Anyone can apply for one or more free listings in TXDILAR but our free listings are limited to local real estate professionals who live and work in the counties they serve. We have special requirements for land title abstractors, title companies and courthouse researchers.

If you would like a free listing please provide us with:

• Your company website we can link to and help new customers find you. If you don't already have a company website you really should get one. You can easily build a business website that's free for thirty days and costs less than $8 a month to maintain.
• Your Contact Information including Name Phone Fax and Email
• The names and state of up to five counties you serve.
• A short description of the services you provide.
• We would appreciate a link back from your site.

Special Requirements for Abstractors, Title Companies and Courthouse Researchers.

• If you are an Abstractor, Courthouse Researcher or operate a Title Company we will also need:
• A copy of the face page of your E&O insurance policy. If you don't have E&O coverage you are taking a terrible risk with your company and your customers. It shows you are serious about your business and protecting your customers. If you don't have business liability insurance or just aren't happy with what you've been paying, you can compare business insurance quotes online from multiple insurance companies.
• A statement from you that all searches are completed at the courthouse by either you or a direct employee. Online searches are unreliable and not accepted by our visitors as representing quality research.
