The Randall-Potter County Appraisal Office in Amarillo has information about property tax exemptions and discounts for property owners in  Canyon, Lake Tanglewood, Palisades, Timbercreek Canyon, Cleta, Ogg, Umbarger and Zita. The Homestead exemption for example could reduce your property taxes by up to $1500 a year and it's available to almost all Randall County homeowners who live in their home.
