marked the beginning of the 21st Century, the county increased

Croix County the fastest growing county in the Badger State of
Wisconsin and the 80th fastest in the nation.
The median value for homes within the 722 square mile
jurisdiction of St. Croix County was $139,500 in 2000 but the

how the rapid growth may have affected the value of homes in
the area is difficult but the current auctions that follow
should give some indication of the bargains still available.
